The Foundation School offers a programme for 2 - 5 year olds. A child generally enters at 2 years of age in the Two Afternoon Class, moves through to the Three Afternoon Class and on to the Five Morning Class programme with Extended Day classes for the most senior children.
Our Administrator will contact new families to confirm a start date, arrange a home-visit and provide forms and general information about the school and procedures.
Before commencing, two teachers will visit the family at home, to discuss settling the child into the school and answering any questions parents may have. This also gives the child an opportunity to meet the teachers in their home environment before starting school.
Administration:
We have separate administration which means that the teachers are able to focus on the education programme. The administration manages with the financial and business aspects of the school.
Work & Income support subsidies are available to families who meet the criteria. Forms are available from the administration.
If your child is not yet two, we have a waiting list which ensures a space will be allocated to you as soon as possible.
